Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Blender Waffles

1 1/2 cups milk
1 egg
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup wheat
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Blender Waffles

  1. Blend 1st 6 ingredients in blender for 3-5 minutes.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. Make waffles or pancakes as you wish.
