1 cup Wheat, Hard Red Winter
1.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 large Egg, Whole
8 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
4 tsp Double Acting Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes

Add 1c wheat berries and 1c milk to blender. Blend for 4 minutes. Add other .5c milk and remaining ingredients. Blend until combined. Cook on high heat on griddle.
