100% whole wheat pancakes made fresh from blender to table in minutes. Use only Rumford baking power for light and fluffy whole wheat pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes

1 cup Wheat, Durum
1 1/2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1.54 tbsp Molasses, Blackstrap
3 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 medium Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes

  1. Combine 1 cup of whole wheat with 1 cup of 2% milk in a Bosch blender. Blend for 2 minutes.

  2. Add 1/2 cup milk and blend for 2 more minutes.

  3. Add eggs, oil, honey, blackstrap molasses and salt and blend.

  4. When all other breakfast menu items are ready add 1 Tablespoon of Rumford baking power. Gently job the blender just a couple of times to mix in the baking powder but DO NOT BLEND.

  5. Step back and watch the mixture reise in the blender.

  6. Cook on medium heat and serve when golden brown.
