Very low fat and extremely tasty pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Blackberry Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup blackberries
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Blackberry Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients, except water, together.

  2. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Add enough water to reach desired batter consistency.

  3. Cook at medium on nonstick pan with some spray oil.
