Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat biscuits

2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Butter
4 serving Double Acting Baking Powder
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat biscuits

mix dry ingredients with whisk. Cut butter into very small cubes and stir into the dry ingredients smashing with a fork to get a crumbly texture then stir in the milk. Take dough out of the bowl and knead 8-10 times. Flatten out to 3/4 inch thick then cut into biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 8-10 biscuits depending on size.
