Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Biscuits

1/4 c coconut oil
2 c whole wheat flour
3 t baking powder
1 t salt
3/4 c fat free milk
1 T honey

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Sift together all dry indgredients.

  3. Cut coconut oil (solid) into dry ingredients.

  4. Stir honey into milk until dissolved.

  5. Stir milk/honey mixture into dry ingredients until just mixed--do not over work.

  6. Drop drop 1/4 sized globs onto baking sheet.
