Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Banana Walnut Muffins

1/3 c. no calorie splenda
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/2 t. vanilla
1 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
3/4 c. fat free half and half
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Banana Walnut Muffins

Preheat oven to 400'F. Cream mayonnaise and sugars together. Beat in eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla. Add half and half. Place flours, baking powder, and salt in sifter. Sift into creamed mixture 1/2 cup at a time, stirring in after each addition. When fully blended, spoon into muffin tin that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 400'F for 20 minutes.
