Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Banana pancakes

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup white flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup 1% milk
2 bananas
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Banana pancakes

  1. Sift flours together

  2. Combine all dry ingredients

  3. Mash bananas

  4. Add the rest of the wet ingredients in with bananas

  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients

  6. Mix until combined

  7. make pancakes

  8. top with light whipped cream
