low fat banana whole wheat pancakes, add any thing you like to them! :]

Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat banana pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple sauce
1 cup skim milk
2 tbsp water
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 dash of cinnamon
1 banana

Recipe Directions for whole wheat banana pancakes

  1. Sift all dry ingredients together. Add apple sauce and milk and water and mix.

  2. Heat frying pan then spray with low-fat cooking spray.

  3. ***serves 2 and makes 4 pancakes each

  4. Laddle about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and let it cook until small bubbles form in the center.

  5. Flipity flip!! !! :]

  6. Serve with maple syrup, agave, honey, nuts, nut butter, add more fruit in batter if desired raisins, blueberries or even chocolate chips or coconut flakes! :]
