Healthy pancakes with minimal fat and sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes

2 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tspn brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tspn salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tspn baking powder
3 bananas, mashed

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Combine wet ingredients separately.

  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredient bowl.

  4. Mix wet and dry together, but do not over mix.

  5. Heat and oil a frying pan.

  6. Drop batter to desired size of pancake.

  7. Fry on medium heat, until bottom is golden brown.

  8. Flip pancake and cook until other side is done.
