Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat banana pancakes

1 cup white whole wheat flour
1 tbls white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 large banana
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup fat free milk
1 tsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for whole wheat banana pancakes

  1. combine milk and lemon juice, set aside for 5 minutes

  2. in medium bowl mash the banana, mix in the sugar, egg, applesauce. stir in the milk, then add the dry ingredients.

  3. cook in a nonstick skillet over medium low heat, flipping once
