1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup splenda for baking
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 egg whites
1/4 cup apples, cooked and mashed
1 cup banana, mashed

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  4. Bake as muffins at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
