Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat banana muffins

3 large bananas
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c canola oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat banana muffins

  1. Mash bananas, add sugar, egg, and oil.

  2. Beat well.

  3. Mix in dry ingredients and bake at 375 d for 20 minutes.

  4. Optional - sprinkle tops with a little brown sugar before baking for a delicious topping.
