Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat banana muffins

1 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 bananas, smashed
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for whole wheat banana muffins

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. mash bananas, add egg, oil, buttermilk and vanilla and mix well

  3. add banana mixture to dry mixture and mix well

  4. pour into muffin tins

  5. bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes, until tests done
