  1. 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  2. 2 bananas

  3. 1/4 cup milk

  4. 1 tsp baking powder

  5. 1 egg

  6. 1/2 cup zero calorie splenda

  7. mix bananas, milk, egg, and splenda, later add flour and baking powder and mix until blended. spray muffin tin with oil spray and pour into 9 cups, bake on 375 for 25 minutes.
