Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat banana muffins

2 cup Self Rising Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup Cream, Sour, Cultured
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
9 tbsp Flax Seeds
7 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Almonds Sliced
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 cup Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for whole wheat banana muffins

mix dry ingredients together, then mix liquid ingredients together.(may want to add a scant 1/2 tsp of baking powder to dry ingredients. Then mix both together until just blended.mash bananas, then fold in. , fill muffin trays with papers, and bake at 375 for 12-15 min. enjoy
