A sweet but not too sweet banana bread!

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

1/2 cup Canola Oil
2 medium banana Bananas
1/2 cup Honey Squeezable
2 medium Egg, Whole
6 oz Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

  1. Cream bananas, oil, honey, eggs and yogurt. Add Vanilla. Combine soda, salt and whole wheat flour. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix, but don?t over mix.

  2. I used a mini loaf pan that has 8 loaves and baked it for 25 minutes at 350. You could use a large loaf pan, baking time would be 45-60 minutes.
