Whole wheat banana bread with flax and oats.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup flax meal
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup butter
3 oz. lemon yogurt
1 cup walnuts
3 bananas

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients together and set aside.

  2. Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Add the dry to the wet.

  4. Pour into pan and bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
