Makes four small bread loaves. Around 2 by 5 inches... Low Calorie, Whole wheat banana bread adaptation from Jenn's Banana Bread Recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup applesauce
5 bananas
4 egg whites
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tbs nonfat milk
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tbs cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix.

  3. Bake at 350. Check after 30 minutes.
