Whole Wheat Banana Bread with Raisins

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

4 bananas
2/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup canola oil
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup golden raisins
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray glass loaf pans with cooking oil spray.

  2. Mix together flour, soda, salt and stir in remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour into loaf pans.

  3. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack for 5-8 minutes. Remove from loaf pans and cool completely. Slice and serve. Wrap with plastic wrap to keep moist.
