Whole Wheat Banana Bread made in the Bread Machine.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

2 large eggs
1/3 cup butter without salt
1 ounce (1/8 cup) 2% milk
2 Bananas, medium, mashed
1 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

  1. PREPARATION:

  2. Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Measure eggs, butter, milk and bananas into the bread pan and set aside. In a medium-mixing bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients. Mix well and add to the bread pan.

  3. Use Quick Bread setting for your machine.
