Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

1 serving Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 tsp Yeast
3 tsp Kosher Salt
2 oz Vital Wheat Gluten
4 oz Canola Oil
8 tbsp Canola Oil
2.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
8 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Mix dry and then wet ingredients. Mix together with stand mixer and paddle attachment. Let rise for two hours. Put in greased bread pan. Let rise another hour. Bake at 350 degress for 50 minutes.
