Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

2.25 cup Flour
0.75 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
3 oz Blueberry Nonfat
0.25 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 large Egg, Whole
0.33 cup Sauce Apple Unsweetened
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together bananas, yogurt, honey, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla

  4. Fold the banana mixture into the flour and mix until blended (don't overmix!!)

  5. Pour into greased pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean
