1/3 cup applesauce
1/3 cup water
1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 egg whites
1/3 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

  1. Mix wet ingredients

  2. mix dry ingredients

  3. combine

  4. pour in loaf pan prepped with pam & flour

  5. bake at 350 degrees, 55 - 60 minutes
