4 tbsp Apple Butter
0.5 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
8 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 medium Egg, Whole
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Banana Bread w/apple butter

  1. Grease and flour two 7x3 inch loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, soda, salt and Spelnda. Mix in slightly beaten eggs, apple butter and mashed bananas. Stir in nuts, if desired. Pour into prepared pans.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, or until wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
