Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat-Banana-Applesauce Pancakes

3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
0.33 cup Applesauce Original
3 tsp Baking Powder
3 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
1 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Silk Light Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat-Banana-Applesauce Pancakes

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, brown sugar.

  2. Add in milk and egg and stir well.

  3. In seperate bowl mash 1/2 ripe banana.

  4. Add applesauce to banana and combine well.

  5. Add banana applesauce mixture to rest of batter.

  6. Use cooking spray on pan over medium low heat.

  7. Pour batter onto pan and flip pancakes once bubbly.
