3 eggs
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c oil
1 3/4 c applesauce
3 c whole wheat flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 c raisins

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, oil, and applesauce thoroughly.

  2. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

  3. Stir in Raisins.

  4. Bake at 375 d. for 20 minutes.
