Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat apple oatmeal quickbread

1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
2 tbsp flax seed
1 1/2 cups applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat apple oatmeal quickbread

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Mix wet ingredients.

  3. Add wet to dry ingredients and blend.

  4. Bake in greased bread pan at 350 degrees for 1.25 hours.
