2 oz whole wheat pasta (angel hair)
1 tbs olive oil
4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbs capers

Recipe Directions for Whole-Wheat Angel Hair Pasta with Chicken & Capers

  1. Prepare pasta according to directions

  2. heat olive oil in a nonstick pan.

  3. Add chicken, tomatoes, garlic and thyme; saute for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, 3 minutes more.

  4. Toss chicken micture with pasta. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
