Whole Wheat Fettucine w/Asparagus Great Freezer Meal

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Alfredo Fettucine w/Asparagus

1 Cooking Spray
1 1/2 cups Asparagus
3 cups Cooked Chicken Breast
1/2 cup onion
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup White Wine
1/2 cup Alfredo Sauce
1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Alfredo Fettucine w/Asparagus

Cook Pasta for 3 Minutes ONLY! It will bake the rest of the way when cooked. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl Spray the Baking Pans. Add 2 cups Spagetti to each. Divide the Chicken Mixture Evenely between the pans. Preheat oven to 350. Cover and bake for 45 Minutes. Freeze the other 2. Take out 3 days prior to cooking to thaw. Last 3 months in the freezer.
