Recipe Ingredients for Whole Whaet Pumpkin muffins

3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Whole Whaet Pumpkin muffins

  1. Mix sugar, oil, eggs, pumkin, and water.

  2. In a seperate bowl sift together dry ingredients.

  3. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture, stir to combine.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips.

  5. Put in muffin cups and bake at 400' for 20-25 minutes.
