Low fat tomato soup that acts like a light meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Tomato & Beef soup wt noodles

16 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4. oz Onions
2 Crispbread Crispbread
3 tsp Honey Mustard
2 oz Noodles, Egg, Dry, Enriched
6 oz Ground Beef
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Whole Tomato & Beef soup wt noodles

Add 4 cups of water to large sauce pan on high heat. Cut up large whole tomato and onion and add to pan. Break up the 2 wasa crackers beef and mustard. Bring to a low boil. Turn down heat to medium. Add crushed garlic, thyme and rosemary. Now blend all ingredients with bullet blender. For more flavor add more mustard rather than salt. But season as you like.
