1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
8 oz Mushrooms
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup Cauliflower
2 tbsp chopped Onions
0.25 cup Peas, Green
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Whole Living Detox Vegetable Soup

  1. Chop all veggies and add to small pot with 4 c. water.

  2. Bring to a boil then simmer covered for 30 minutes.

  3. Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper.
