Pancake recipe I found for when I'm sick and can't keep anything else down, and don't want to make a ton. (I'm the only pancake lover inthe house)

Recipe Ingredients for Whole grain pancakes

1/8 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 tablespoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 egg white
1/8 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon oil
1/8 teaspoon ground flax seed

Recipe Directions for Whole grain pancakes

Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. Mix well and then put on hot griddle.
