Recipe Ingredients for Whole Grain Pancakes

3 c whole wheat flour
2 1/2 c rye flour
1/2 c oatmeal
1 c wheat germ
1 c cornmeal
5 T baking powder
1 T salt
2 T cinnamon
5 2/3 c skim milk
6 eggs
2/3 c extra virgin olive oil
2/3 c applesauce
4 1/4 c finely chopped apples

Recipe Directions for Whole Grain Pancakes

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.

  2. Combine milk, eggs and oil; add to mix.

  3. Stir just until mixed.

  4. Stir in apples.

  5. Bake on 400 degree griddle.
