Makes 21 servings



1 serving = 1 pancake (~4" diameter) I used Whole Foods 365 Old Fashioned Pancake & Waffle Mix & added berries, but for the analysis used Arrowhead Mills multigrain pancake mix.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Grain Pancakes

2 cups whole grain pancake mix
2 eggs
2 T butter (melted)
2 cups lowfat milk

Recipe Directions for Whole Grain Pancakes

  1. Mix ingredients.

  2. Adjust milk until batter has a soupy consistency.

  3. Cook on griddle (I used a medium sized cooking spoon to measure the batter.)

  4. Flip when most of liquid in batter has solidified & bubbles form on top.
