Recipe Ingredients for Whole Grain Oatmeal and Flaxseed chocolate chip cookies

1/3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3 cups of old fashion or quick oats
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup splenda sugar
3 egg whites
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup applesauce
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup light butter
1/4 cup flax seeds
4 tbsp flax seed oil
1 tbsp vanilla flavoring

Recipe Directions for Whole Grain Oatmeal and Flaxseed chocolate chip cookies

  1. mix butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg whites, on low speed, add in flour 1/2 cup at a time, baking soda, cinnamon, mix in oats, and applesauce, then blen in flax seeds, and turn mixer on med-high speed, and mix for one minute,

  2. preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and spoon tablespoon amount of batter on parchment paper covered cookie sheet, bake for 15-20 minutes, cookies will be soft if kept in tupperware, let sit only for two days on counter, then transfer leftovers to fridgerator
