Recipe Ingredients for whole grain mini muffins

1/2 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup flax seed
1/4 cup pecans
1 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup applesauce
1/3 cup molasses
2 tablespoons butter

Recipe Directions for whole grain mini muffins

mix dry ingredients togeather in a bowl. Add butter, applesauce, molasses and eggs. Mix well. Add milk, vanilla, nuts. Remove bowl from mixer and add blueberries. Stir by hand so as not to break the blueberries. Place liners in the mini muffin tins and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
