1 cup old fashioned oats
2 T wheat germ
4 oz Greek, Non-Fat, Plain Yogurt
1 1/2 tsp Apriva Sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs

  1. Put the oats and wheat germ in a blender or food processor to blend to a fine powder.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and pour onto hot and well-oiled waffle iron.
