1/2 cup Corn meal
3 teaspoons Baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tsp Vanilla
2 tablespoons (Splenda) SPLENDA No Calorie
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
2 cups Skim milk
1/2 cup (Promise) Buttery Spread
1/4 cup Water, if desired
