1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup ground flax seeds
4 tbsp. water
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped prunes
3/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
