Recipe Ingredients for whole grain and cranberry muffins

2 cups oatmeal
2 1/2 cups buttermilk
3 egg whites
1/2 cup turbinado sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup cranberries
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for whole grain and cranberry muffins

mix oats and buttermilk and let stand 10 min. Cream egg whites, sugar and oil. Mix dry ingrediants and add to wet with cereal. Stir in cranberries. place in greased muffin tins and bake at 400 for 15 min.
