504 grams stone ground flour, whole wheat
1/2 cup wheat gluten
1 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup soy flour
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 1/4 tsp yeast

Recipe Directions for Whole Grain bread (stone ground)

  1. Mix dough.

  2. Knead.

  3. Let rise.

  4. Separate into two loaves. Let rise again.

  5. Bake 350F, 45 min.
