Worth the effort to make your own bread. No preservatives, all natural. Try adding 1/2 cup of 12 grain cereal to it for added nutrients. The day I tested the recipe, I couldn't find the cereal at the local grocery store! The texture cannot be beat!

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Grain Bread

1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 cup bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
9 grams wheat gluten
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon smart balance light
1 cup warm water

Recipe Directions for Whole Grain Bread

Add all dry ingredients into bread maker and give a toss to distribute. Dissolve the honey into the water. Add water and smart balance to the dry ingredients. Bake according to manufacturer's instructions. Serving size is one slice.
