1/4 water. sugar and yeast let rise

Recipe Ingredients for whole grain bread -1 loaf

1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup White Flour, Unbleached
56 7/10 grams Brown FlaxSeed Meal
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.988 oz Yeast
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp Cornmeal
2 oz Cracked Wheat
0.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for whole grain bread -1 loaf

  1. in bowl combine all dry ingredient, except1/2 c flour. when yeast is raised add in. Then add 3/4 c hot water with honey and oil.

  2. Mix use 1/2 c flour turn out and kneed until all flour is absorbed. Let raise in warm place for 1 hr. Punch down and form into a loaf placing on a flat pan. Let raise for 1.5 hrs then cook for 30 min at 350.
