Yummy family favorite for Sunday mornings, from Better Homes and Gardens but made with white whole wheat flour and flaxseed meal instead of white flour and cornmeal.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Grain Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes

2 cups whole wheat flour
4 tbsp flax seed meal
4 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
4 tbsp canola oil
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups blueberries

Recipe Directions for Whole Grain Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes

Combine dry ingredients (through cinnamon). In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients (through buttermilk). Add wet ingredients to dry, mixing just until combined. Gently fold in blueberries. Drop onto preheated skillet or griddle by 1/4 cup measures.
