Recipe Ingredients for Whole Grain Banana Pancakes

2 cups whole grain flour
1/2 cup quick oats
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 large eggs
3/5 stick butter
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup chopped banana

Recipe Directions for Whole Grain Banana Pancakes

  1. Heat griddle to 350 degrees F.

  2. Melt butter in microwaveable bowl for 1 minute. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat egg with melted butter, milk, and orange juice (or an additional 1/2 cup of milk). Stir to combine wet & dry ingredients. Scoop 1/4 cup-fulls of mixture onto the buttered griddle. Pancakes are ready to flip when little bubble appear on surface & bottoms are golden brown.
