Recipe Ingredients for Whole Grain Banana Pancakes

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup all-purpose Flour
4 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp Sugar, Granulated
2 large Egg, Whole
2 1/5 cups Pure Almond Original Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas, mashed

Recipe Directions for Whole Grain Banana Pancakes

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

  2. Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture. Mix well with a spoon until there are no dry spots; don't over-mix.

  3. Add mashed banana to mix.

  4. Heat a large skillet on medium-heat and coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of mixture at a time onto skillet. When the bubbles and edges begin to settle, flip pancakes. Repeat with the remainder of the batter. Makes 14 pancakes.
