Recipe Ingredients for Whole Grain Banana Oat Muffins

1/4 cup Rogers All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Flour
3/4 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.33 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
2 large Egg, White
1 cup, mashed Bananas
1/4 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/2 cup Applesauce

Recipe Directions for Whole Grain Banana Oat Muffins

  1. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients and mix until well blended.

  2. In a small mixing bowl beat egg whites, banana, milk and applesauce.

  3. Stir in dry ingredients until just moistened.

  4. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin cups.

  5. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until tops spring back when pressed.
