Recipe Ingredients for Whole Grain Banana Bread

3/4 cups Splenda
3/4 cup flax seed meal
5 ripe bananas
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
2 teaspoons of egg whites
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Whole Grain Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven 350

  2. Mix all ingredients wet ingredients. Combine flour, baking soda, salt. Mix into wet ingredients. Add walnuts. Spoon into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
